stream results for Intel Q6600 quad core cpu

Dear all,

please find in the attached tar a file compile_and_run.sh that documents
the compiler flags and system details and the output of the single threaded
version of stream together with the openmp version for 1 to 4 threads.

Results for more than one thread look interesting, to put it mildly.
