Prosecuting Attorney 3: Jianong Zhang
Prosecuting Attorney 4: Michele Co

Prosecution Witness 1: Andrea Rowan
Prosecution Witness 2: Mike Smoot
Prosecution Witness 3: Greg Yukl

Note: If you are a particular witness, it means you have first choice to impersonate the person suggested on the request form for that witness. If you decide you want to testify as someone else, that's fine, and someone else can decide to impersonate your suggested witness. Witnesses may testify in any order (unconstrained by the numbers used here).

The Defense

Defendant: Avneesh Saxena

Defense Attorney 1: Jeffrey Harry
Defense Attorney 2: Yiting Nan
Defense Attorney 3: Yu Lin

The Court

Judge: David Evans
The Judge will rule on all matters of law based on his extensive and realistic legal knowledge from watching many episodes of The Practice. In addition to the usual "Objections" (e.g., badgering the witness), both Attorneys and Jurors may raise "Misrepresentation Objections" if they believe a witness is not acurately reflecting the views of whomever they are attempting to impersonate. The Judge will rule on these objections (taking into account any additional supporting evidence). The Judge will also limit the time allowed for opening and closing arguments and witness testimony and cross-examination.
Baliff: John Haskins
The Baliff will ensure order is maintained in the courtroom, and remove any unruly or contemptful persons with due recourse.

Jurors: Everyone else in the class
