Tutorial Sessions:

Tutorial Sessions are planned for March 21, 1996. Two page proposals on topics of current interest in VLSI are solicited.

Special Sessions:

Proposals are solicited for organized sessions on a common theme. Proposals should be submitted with a list of papers to be included by October 2, 1995, for an initial approval. All papers submitted for special sessions will be reviewed using the same guidelines as submissions to regular sessions.
